Common questions

How do I get the app? Shelf of Mind is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

Is it free? Yes, for up to 150 books. Shelf of Mind Pro removes the limit. If Pro ends, you keep every book you added.

How do I cancel Pro? Apple handles subscriptions. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Who can see my library? Nobody, unless you switch on Public library in the app settings. Lending names and inscriptions are never public. Read the Privacy Policy.

Can I take my data with me? Yes. Export your library as a CSV file from the settings, at any time, also on the free plan.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your library, profile and public page.

I used BookNest. Shelf of Mind is the new name of BookNest. Your account and your books stay the same.

To report a public library, open it in the app and choose menu → Report, or email customer@zenithalig.com with the username. We review every report within 24 hours.
